PURCHASE PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT METHOD

Following successful payment, the User will receive a confirmation email containing information about the offer purchased. The confirmation will contain a summary of the delivery and billing address.

The shipment of the goods takes place within the time specified in the order confirmation. Delivery times are also indicated before concluding the purchase procedure in the shopping cart summary or on the product page. Such information is indicative and does not represent a certain date, as it is not always possible to foresee any delays not attributable to CINQUE QUINTI.

In the absence of the confirmation email, the purchase can not be considered correclty concluded. In this case, if the amount of the non-purchase should be erroneously charged to the User, the same will be required to promptly notify CINQUE QUINTI, by sending an email to support@cinquequinti.com, in order to allow CINQUE QUINTI to check the happened and in case of repayment of the amount paid.

The methods of payment accepted, unless otherwise specified or agreed with the User, are:

credit card and prepaid cards of the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Postepay, American Express circuits, through the PayPal circuit

– with PayPal account

– by Bank transfer

– with cash on delivery (in cash upon delivery of the goods)

The debit of the sums due is, unless otherwise specified in the terms of the offer, upon confirmation of payment. In the case of bank transfer, upon confirmation of the order, the bank details (IBAN), the amount of the bank transfer and the order number will be indicated.

Payment by bank transfer must take place within the terms indicated and in any case no later than 2 days from the order confirmation, after which it may not be possible to guarantee the goods being shipped: in this case CINQUE QUINTI will re-credit the sender, without additional costs any payment received after the deadline.

If the User realizes that he / she has provided incorrect and / or incomplete information regarding his / her personal details or the shipping address of the goods, it is necessary that he / she communicate it promptly and within the terms of order fulfillment, sending an email to support@cinquequinti.com. In all cases, the User is solely responsible for any indication of incorrect or incomplete delivery details or addresses, with the consequent possibility of losing the sum paid if the goods are delivered to outsiders.

SECURITY IN TRANSACTIONS

CINQUE QUINTI is very attentive to the safety of its Users. CINQUE QUINTI does not handle and does not retain payment details (eg: credit card numbers), which are processed and / or stored by the relevant payment service providers. Actual payment takes place through fields for entering protected and encrypted payment data. Only after the transaction has been completed, the banking service provider informs CINQUE QUINTI the outcome of the payment, without providing any sensitive information. For this reason, CINQUE QUINTI has no power over the possible rejection of the credit card used for payment. CINQUE QUINTI cannot therefore be held responsible in any way for direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of the credit card by the User to make the payment of the products and / or services.

VOUCHER

CINQUE QUINTI can issue discount codes (from now on also “Codice Promozionale”) that the User can use when purchasing the products. The “Codice Promozionale” are issued in the form of an alphanumeric code and their value (in euros) is established unquestionably and at its sole discretion by CINQUE QUINTI. The Voucher can be entered by the User in the appropriate “Promotional Code” field at the moment in which the order is placed. The voucher entered in this way will be deducted automatically, and before payment, from the total amount of the order excluding any shipping costs.

Any promo code cannot be combined, nor sold and / or transferred to third parties except with the express permission of CINQUE QUINTI. CINQUE QUINTI reserves the right to cancel any Voucher previously issued, even before the deadline, without the obligation to justify the reason and without the right to compensation or compensation.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

CINQUE QUINTI accepts orders with delivery exclusively on Italian territory, including islands, with the exception of San Marino, Vatican City, Livigno and Campione d’Italia. Delivery times can also be indicated before concluding the purchase procedure in the shopping cart summary or on the product page.

This information is indicative and does not represent a certain date, as it is not always possible to foresee any delays due to the courier. In any case CINQUE QUINTI, unless otherwise specified on the product sheet, undertakes to deliver the goods within 10 working days from the order date and on average the delivery takes place in 24/48 working hours throughout Italy with the exception of the islands where the times average delivery times are 48/72 working hours.

Shipments are made by DHL express courier and an adult’s signature is required at the time of delivery. The User will be notified of the tracking code of the shipment (Waybill or “Tracking”), through which it will be possible to follow the status. CINQUE QUINTI uses patented packaging and approved by the courier (NAKPACK), designed to ensure the integrity of the product. In any case, at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the user will be required to verify that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or strapping) or that no liquid leaks.

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product must be immediately challenged by the User, by putting a written control reserve (and specifying the reason for the reserve, eg “Pocketing”, “Crushed packaging”, etc.) on the document the carrier asks to sign upon delivery. Once this document is signed, the User will no longer be able to make any objection regarding the characteristics of the goods delivered. Any problems related to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, by writing an email to: support@cinquequinti.com.

In case of failure to deliver the goods within the indicated time, the User will be required to notify CINQUE QUINTI, which will check with the courier, the status of the shipment and any anomaly. Following a shipping anomaly (for example parcel that has been lost or destroyed during transport), CINQUE QUINTI will re-send the product, subject to availability, without further expenses or aggravations for the User, or to fully repay the order.

WITHDRAWN

The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded with CINQUE QUINTI without any penalty and without having to provide any reasons, within 14 working days pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 52 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code, which start from the day of receipt of the product purchased on CINQUE QUINTI. The withdrawal can be exercised by the Customer, by sending an email to support@cinquequinti.com indicating the order number and the product purchased.

The return shipment to CINQUE QUINTI is fully charged to the User. Following the correct exercise of withdrawal, the User will have the responsibility to return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the User has notified CINQUE QUINTI his decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 54, c. 4. Inside the package the User must enter the receipt of the order received by mail at the time of completion of the order in order to facilitate identification. To avoid damage to the bottles we recommend reusing the same packaging with which CINQUE QUINTI has made the initial shipment.

The goods must in any case be returned intact, complete in all their parts, accompanied by all accessories and leaflets, identification tags and original labels, where present, still attached to the goods and intact and not tampered with, and perfectly suitable for use where they are intended and free from signs of wear or dirt.

CINQUE QUINTI can refuse to accept a withdrawal for food products that have been consumed even partially. Pursuant to art. 59 of the aforementioned Consumer Code are excluded from the possibility of withdrawal the goods made to measure or customized or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are subject to rapid alteration or deterioration.

Once the goods have been received, and after verifying that this has not been tampered, CINQUE QUINTI will refund the total order excluding shipping costs by crediting the sum on the same payment method used in the order phase.

REFUND

The possible disbursement of the sums by way of reimbursement by CINQUE QUINTI, will take place as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which CINQUE QUINTI has received the returned goods. The refund will be made after CINQUE QUINTI verified the integrity of the goods and will be equal to the total sum of the order excluding shipping costs. CINQUE QUINTI will make the refund using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction.
